Thriller in East Cleveland Ohio Jail – Bedbugs, Roaches, Rats, No Water

East Cleveland Ohio U.S.A. – Once again the East Cleveland Ohio Jail is unfit for animals to occupy and would be be protested by every animal rights group known.  The jail is infested with bedbugs, roaches and a few mice running around. We have said this since 2012 and no one cared enough to look into it and city council and mayor turned their backs on human beings.
