Secrets and Trash Talk

This blog entry starts with a view of secrets and how the forces at play in East Cleveland Ohio elected officials manage to hide so many things from the public.

The only way to find out what is going on is on this

The only way to find out what is going on is on this

1. First starting off with our honorable Mayor Gary “Durango” Norton who pays his own personal video camera and public access channel operator William Fambrough to cover only the things he wants. In this case the secrets he manages to keep are how anyone in the entire city can get a video played if it does not promote the Norton Reich.

2. Next are the many groups under the direct watch of Norton such as the Neighborhood Advisory Committee headed by Trevelle Harp and some others and who meet to decide who gets to purchase some land bank properties. (SECRET) On August 12, 2014 – 9:30 AM – City Hall Room 215, Docket #09-2014 Norma King will get to buy four lots for what is described as a larger yard. 1724, 1726, 1734, 1738 Debra Ann Lane; the property that abuts East Cleveland Library parking lot. This property would allow the East Cleveland Library a larger parking lot.

East Cleveland Library should be given these lots because of the fact everyone uses the library and parking is very difficult to find. Just like the Mayor Gary “Durango” Norton gave away land to the Salvation Army and Boys Clubs, here is a real East Cleveland Institution in need of land bank property. Right now Trevelle Harp and The Neighborhood Advisory Committee can approve this purchase and the new owner can mark the land up and sell it to the East Cleveland Library if we all just stand by and let this real estate deal happen. (HINT: Harp and the N.O.A.H. Group are 501(c)(3) Non-Profit) Join us for this not so secret meeting Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 9:30 AM, also call the Durango driving mayor and every one of the city council members and express how you feel. The East Cleveland Library truly NEEDS to expand their parking lot and this could help us get much needed revenue back into the EC Library.

3. TRASH Talk (Elderwood & Page Streets) – Imagine a whole East Cleveland Street turned into a dumping spot and no one from city hall is helping stop the dumping. Rather than talk about it how about everyone in East Cleveland just take a ride on these streets to see trash out of control. By the way we promised the trash company payments and with us running out of money how will that payment arrangement be kept? After talking with Rumpke Trash Company and they are expecting the city to keep up their overdue payments or our service may be interrupted.
